Orders and Delivery

Domestic Delivery

Delivery is complimentary for purchases above $60. We charge a flat fee of $6 for purchases below $60. Remember to key in the “Shipfree” discount quote at checkout to enjoy the free shipping. Purchases are sent via Singpost trackable mail or private courier.  Your purchase will typically reach you within 2- 4 working days. If you do not receive your fabrics after 5 working days, do email us at hello.fabricstorries@gmail.com to check.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

International Delivery

International orders will be sent using registered mail by air. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.  As a general guide, orders would arrive between 9 to 18 days after despatch.  You may be subjected to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Fabric Stories has no control over, and is not responsible for the additional custom clearance charges applied. We currently deliver to Malaysia and Australia and are adding more countries soon.  Meanwhile, do email or DM us if  you require delivery to other regions and we will revert.

We charge a flat fee of $15 for delivery to Malaysia and $36 for Australia, provided the package is less than 2kg. We will revert with estimated delivery charges for packages above 2 kg.
